Online NBN Application​ | Quick Overview

NBN eligible service locations will have slightly differing ETA’s depending on the location and availability of free, working ports. Once an order has been confirmed, you can generally expect your modem to arrive within 3-5 business days. If you’ve opted for a technician to install the modem, a list of available dates will be provided once the service activation has been confirmed by NBNco.

All remote technical support will be managed by your favourite Layer 3 support staff for carrier level faults and issues. If you are having connection troubles, or issues relating to download speeds, simply call us on 1300 991 262 and we’ll happily investigate this for you.

The majority of our NBN plans come with a minimum 6x month commitment and include a free NBN modem. After the initial 6x month period, you can terminate the connection with a 60-day notice and no additional fees. For terminations, please e-mail us on support@layer3it.com.au with the full company name and the address of the service location
