Where we work

IT support service locations

Layer 3 provides on-site IT support across the Hunter Valley and Greater Newcastle from our NSW hub, and across the Brisbane metro from our Queensland office — typically within about one hour of the CBD.

Remote support runs anywhere in Australia; fly-in engineers are available for major projects when your agreement includes travel.

On-site support

On-site when it matters

Layer 3 schedules engineers for hands-on work across the Hunter Valley and Greater Brisbane — rack and cabling touch points, Wi‑Fi validation, workstation rollouts, printer and network deployments, and incident support when remote diagnosis has hit its limit.

Most day-to-day support runs remotely with secure tooling. On-site visits are planned with agreed outcomes and travel scoped up front — so you are not paying for surprise logistics. The table below summarises how remote and on-site support apply by area.
