Order confirmation
Once your application is accepted, we confirm eligibility with NBN and send your order details.
Modem delivery
Modems typically arrive within 3–5 business days after confirmation. Technician install dates are offered where required.
Ongoing support
Carrier-level faults and connection issues are handled by Layer 3 — call 1300 991 262 and we will investigate.
Cancellations
To terminate service, email support@layer3it.com.au with your company name and the service address. 60 days notice applies.
